1. What we collect

When you request a quote, create an account, pay an EB/L, or ship with us, we collect the information needed to move your cargo: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery addresses, consignee details, cargo descriptions, and shipment history. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes and bills of lading, arrange pickup and delivery, track shipments, contact you about your cargo, process payments, keep our business records and accounting (including invoices in QuickBooks), and comply with shipping, customs, and tax requirements.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to provide the service: with ocean carriers and port agents to move your cargo, with our destination partners to arrange delivery, with Stripe to process payments, with Intuit QuickBooks for bookkeeping, and with authorities where required by law (for example customs declarations). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

4. Where it lives

Customer records are stored securely with our infrastructure providers (Netlify and Supabase) using access controls that limit customer data to authorized FCS staff. Your online account shows only your own shipments and quotes.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account information, or request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, by contacting us using the details below. We keep shipment and invoice records for as long as required for tax, customs, and business purposes.

6. Cookies & analytics

Our site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in to your account. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

7. Children

Our Services are for adults arranging freight shipments and are not directed to children under 13.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post the new version here.
